j) Products: Tangible or digital goods sold by Event Connection Sport.
k) Ticket: The entry pass issued for a specific event.

Article 2 – Applicability

These General Conditions apply to all offers, transactions, legal relationships, and agreements whereby Event Connection Sport supplies products or services.

Article 3 – Agreement

​

a) Event Connection Sport acts as a reseller of official event tickets and packages.
b) A binding agreement is formed once the Buyer places an order and payment is confirmed.
c) All offers listed online are subject to availability and may be adjusted without prior notice.
d) Buyers are responsible for verifying ticket and service selections before purchase.
e) We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets per order. Suspicious or automated activity may result in cancellation.
f) Event Connection Sport reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
g) All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

d) Event Connection Sport is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact details submitted by the Buyer.

b) It is the Buyer’s responsibility to enter correct names at purchase.
c) Failure to comply may result in refused entry without refund.

Article 7 – Cancelled or Postponed Events

a) If an event is cancelled, Buyers will be offered either:

• A full-value voucher redeemable for future events, or

• A refund, where applicable, according to the organiser’s terms.
  b) If an event is postponed, original tickets will remain valid for the new date.
  c) Refunds, where offered, may take up to 30 working days to process.
  d) Buyers are encouraged to check with the organiser for the latest updates before making travel plans.
  e) Event Connection Sport is not responsible for the cost of travel, accommodation, or other arrangements made independently of our platform.

 

Article 8 – Liability

a) Event Connection Sport is not responsible for the event experience, schedule changes, seating arrangements, or content provided by the organiser.
b) We are not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or omissions from third-party sources.
c) Event Connection Sport acts solely as a supplier of access and hospitality products and is not liable for venue-specific issues.

Article 9 – Force Majeure

a) In the case of external circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Strikes or labour disruptions

• Government restrictions

• Pandemics

• Transport failures

• Civil unrest or terrorism
  — Event Connection Sport cannot be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions.
  b) In such cases, refunds or vouchers will be handled in accordance with the organiser’s policy.

Article 10 – Resale and Commercial Use

a) Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes (including promotions, incentives, or competitions) without written permission from Event Connection Sport.
b) Breach of this condition may result in cancellation without refund.

b) Event Connection Sport will respond within seven working days of receipt.
c) Submission of a complaint does not entitle the Buyer to suspend payment obligations.
